Establishing links with small, medium and large employers is an excellent option for the college to send their students for practical training and enhance their on job knowledge and skills. In most cases, if employers are pleased with the work, they offer a full time job to trainees. Bradford Met also intends to develop links with key industry in the region to enhance students’ practical experience in a real world situation. For instance, college has recently discussed with the ‘Project Director’ of ‘Northwest Regional Development Agency’ and some members of ‘The Indus Entrepreneur’ to established links with various industries.
