Bradford Metropolitan College intends to provide a wide range of facilities at the Centre of International Development to pursue a market based research agenda which will explore the behavior and attitude of individuals in their various roles as employer, employee and customer; and helps the development of effective procedures for managing innovation. The main objectives of the research will be:
- To develop a leading centre for the empirical study of human behavior, specializing in organizational and social context related to individuals as employees, employers and customers.
- To develop an infrastructure and skill based team which can handle a diverse range of projects.
- To devise and implement research training programmes for students and company’s officials.
- To collaborate with national and international schools of high reputation in research.
